As 2020 gets underway, the deluge of CBD products continues. Unexpectedly, CBD oil is all over: from CBD skincare to lattes to CBD-laced treats for Fido and Fluffy’s aging joints. Is the fad legitimate or is it all hype? We’ve looked into current research studies to get the facts on the existing state of CBD items.
What is CBD?
